By accessing this website and utilizing GHR's consulting forms, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Scope of Consulting Services
GHR Consultancy provides advisory support for EPF, ESIC, Shop Act, LWF, and Payroll registers. While we execute filings based on client attendance spreadsheets, the client organization holds final liability for the correctness of wage payments and worker counts.
2. Requisition & Hiring Terms
Submitting a manpower requisition via our Vacancy Desk does not guarantee placement. GHR acts as an agency filtering candidates, and placement fees/service charges will be finalized in separate bilateral B2B contracts.
3. Accuracy of Shared Information
Employers agree to submit valid, correct data through our lead forms. Submitting false email IDs or mobile numbers is a violation of these terms.
4. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kerala and federal statutes of India. Disputes will be subject to courts in Kottayam jurisdiction.
